How to Connect – World of Warcraft Cataclysm 4.3.4

Step 1 – Download the Game Client

Download and install the World of Warcraft: Cataclysm 4.3.4 (Build 15595) client.

Step 2 – Edit Your Realmlist

  1. Open your World of Warcraft installation folder.

  2. Navigate to:

World of Warcraft\Data\enUS\

or

World of Warcraft\Data\enGB\

(depending on your client language).

  1. Open realmlist.wtf with Notepad.

  2. Delete all existing text and replace it with:

set realmlist login.warcitadel.org

  1. Save the file.

Step 3 – Create an Account

Create your game account on our website.

Step 4 – Launch the Game

Start the game using Wow.exe (do not use the Battle.net Launcher).

Step 5 – Log In

Use the same username and password you created on the website.

Enjoy your adventure on WarCitadel Cataclysm 4.3.4!

Troubleshooting

Unable to Connect

  • Verify that your realmlist.wtf contains:

set realmlist login.warcitadel.org

  • Make sure you are using the Cataclysm 4.3.4 (Build 15595) client.

  • Launch the game with Wow.exe.

  • Restart the client after changing the realmlist.

Wrong Client Version

Ensure you are using Cataclysm 4.3.4 (Build 15595). Other versions will not connect correctly.

Invalid Username or Password

  • Confirm your account was created on the server website.

  • Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive on some server setups.

  • Reset your password through the website if necessary.
